We accept payments made by Credit Card, Bank Transfer, PayPal, and WeChat Pay.

If you choose PayPal as your payment method, please note that goods will only be shipped to the address registered in your PayPal account.

For Bank Transfers, you'll receive our bank details during the checkout process.

To complete credit card payments, you'll be redirected through an encrypted connection to Banca Sella's 100% secure payment gateway. Rest assured, we won't access or store your credit card details.

International Orders

We offer worldwide shipping. Goods are shipped from our Italy-based store to destinations across the globe.

We utilize reliable carriers such as FedEx, DHL, or TNT for shipping, providing tracking and insurance against loss or damage. In case of any damage, please report it within 24 hours, including pictures, for a prompt refund, exchange, or replacement.

Note: Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to the Russian Federation.

Goods will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days of payment confirmation.

Estimated transit times for delivery:

• Europe: 2-4 business days
• North America: 4-6 business days
• Far East: 5-10 business days
• Middle East: 5-10 business days
• Australia & Rest of the World: 5-15 business days

Please keep in mind that these times represent estimated transit times for the delivery of goods and do not include potential delays related to customs.
